Refund policy

PLEASE double check your order items and sizes as ALL items are custom made to order and classified as non-returnable items with the following exceptions:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Incorrect orders at the fault of the customer do not qualify.

Refunds and Replacements
If there is a damaged item we will need specific photo's of the item, it's packaging and other possible information pertaining to the order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your item will be replaced free of charge, OR automatically refunded on your original payment method at your discretion. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
